Nashville Chef Alex Belew Crowned Winner of Hell’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay
Nashville, TN, February 10, 2023…Murfreesboro native, Chef Alex Belew, was crowned the winner of Hell's Kitchen Season 21: Battle of the Ages last night by Gordon Ramsay in a two-hour, nail-biting finale on Fox.
The three finalists Belew, Los Angeles native, Chef Dafne Mejia, and Ohio-based Chef Alejandro Najar duked it out. Alejandro was eliminated at the end of the first hour coming in third. Alex and Dafne went head-to-head in the final dinner service where they created complete menus and served them to the Hell's Kitchen diners. In the end, Ramsay selected Belew as the winner. Belew, who was in Los Angeles for the finale, celebrated with Chef Dafne and Chef Alejandro at an exclusive watch party.
Alex is overwhelmed with gratitude for the support from Nashvillans during the series and looks forward to what is next in his culinary journey. Regarding the moment he won, Belew adds, "When I walked through that door I was in complete disbelief. The whole finale was so surreal. I remember it just clicking and all the experiences came together during that dinner service. All the years of work and sacrifice coming to an epic moment. Having my wife and mom there to celebrate with me made it so much sweeter.”
