The Doobie Brothers Announce Special Album Night at Nashville's Historic Ryman

First Ever Southeast Performance of Landmark Albums,

Toulouse Street and The Captain and Me, Plus Select Hits

Tickets On Sale Starting Friday, July 26

July 22, 2019...The Doobie Brothers announced they will bring their special album night to Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium on November 18, 2019. Previously, the band has only performed its landmark albums, Toulouse Street and The Captain and Me, in their entirety, plus select hits to double sold-out crowds at the legendary Beacon Theatre in New York City. The band also recently announced a special album night in their hometown at The Masonic in San Francisco. These rare full-album performances will give fans an opportunity to hear classic Doobie Brothers hits that launched the band, deep cuts, and songs which have only been performed live before at the Beacon shows.

Platinum-selling Toulouse Street launched The Doobie Brothers to stardom with the hits “Listen to The Music,” “Rockin’ Down the Highway,” and “Jesus Is Just Alright.” Double-platinum-selling The Captain and Me was the band’s third studio album, producing the hits “Long Train Runnin’,” “China Grove,” and fan favorites “South City Midnight Lady” and “Without You.” Both albums led to the band becoming one of the most iconic bands of their generation.

Tickets for the show go on sale on Friday, July 26, 2019, at 10 AM CST and are available via www.ticketmaster.com. A limited number of VIP packages are available.

The Doobie Brothers have been delivering mind-blowing, roots-based, harmony-laden, guitar-driven rock and roll for more than four decades, selling more than 48 million albums and winning four GRAMMY® Awards. Boasting one of the most loyal fan bases in music, The Doobie Brothers continue to write and record new material and tour the world. Their No. 1 singles “Black Water” and “What a Fool Believes," both gold, lead a catalog of indelible songs that include: “Listen to the Music,” “China Grove,” “Jesus Is Just All Right,” “Rockin’ Down the Highway,” “Long Train Runnin’,” “Take Me In Your Arms,” "Takin’ it to the Streets,” “Minute by Minute,” “You Belong to Me,” “The Doctor” and more. In all, the Doobies have tallied up five top 10 singles and 16 top 40 hits. Beginning with their multi-million-selling sophomore collection Toulouse Street, the Doobies have 3 multi-platinum, 7 platinum, and 14 Gold albums.
