Nashville, TN - May 7, 2021… Country singer-songwriter Onoleigh announces the release of her debut single, “Ghost Stories,” on May 21, 2021. Produced by Brandon Hood (Sam Hunt, Rascal Flatts, Jimmie Allen), the track is from her upcoming EP, which will feature songs that Onoleigh co-wrote with John Oates (Hall and Oates), Nathan Chapman (Taylor Swift), and Hood.

Onoleigh, knew she had to cut this song the first time she heard it. “Ghost Stories” is about the struggle of really connecting with someone, and having it all just disappear like a dream, leaving you wondering if it was ever real. This song is a really creative, new approach to a breakup song, and I think people will relate to it the same way I do - through personal experience,” says Onoleigh.

Onoleigh’s voice has been described as being reminiscent of a country version of Adele. Producer Brandon Hood adds, “Onoleigh’s voice is something all its own... I heard something so unique, but still familiar the very first time I heard her sing ‘Ghost Stories’“
