Max Dvorin Joins Forces with Jupiter Band Instruments to Inspire Next Generation of Woodwind Musicians

Mount Juliet, TN, August 8, 2024… Acclaimed woodwind artist and educator Max Dvorin has joined the distinguished artist roster for Jupiter Band Instruments. Known for his exceptional talent and versatile expertise across multiple woodwind instruments, Dvorin brings a wealth of experience and artistry to the Jupiter family.

Dvorin has made significant strides in the music industry since his move to Nashville in 2014 to attend Belmont University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Commercial Music with an emphasis on saxophone in 2018, and later earned his Masters in Music in Multiple Woodwinds with a concentration in flute in 2023. Max’s dedication to his craft and his ability to play and teach saxophone, clarinet, flute, and oboe, distinguish him as a true virtuoso.

"Jupiter instruments stand out for their amazing quality, ensuring every performance is flawless.” Dvorin stated, expressing his excitement about partnering with Jupiter, “Their unique design offers musicians consistent intonation and durability. Making Jupiter your first choice means investing in an instrument that truly elevates your playing.”

Dvorin currently serves as the Director of Bands at Cumberland University, a saxophone instructor at Middle Tennessee State University, and a woodwind instructor at Trevecca Nazarene University. In addition to his academic roles, he is a sought-after freelance musician for both live work and recording sessions across Music City, frequently performing at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and the Grand Ole Opry.

“Max's ability to master all woodwind instruments enhances connection with students at every level,” says John Richardson, Artist & Educator Relations Manager for KHS America, the U.S. home of Jupiter Band Instruments. “By teaching both collegiate and high school students, Max embodies our KHS belief that music is an essential part of life, regardless of future profession."
