Matthew Perryman Jones announces UK tour with Mindy Smith
29 May 2013,Nashville, TN, USA - Nashville-based pop/rock artist Matthew Perryman Jones will be joining fellow Nashville folk artist Mindy Smith for a tour in the UK during June / July of this year. Jones will be playing upcoming shows in London, Bristol, Leeds, Sheffield, Glasgow, Gateshead, Woodbridge, and Nottingham. In addition to performances with Smith, Jones will also join singer/songwriter Holly Williams for a show at The Borderline in London on 23 June.
Jones' current album, Land of the Living, has been released to rave reviews. His popular "Keep It On The Inside" from the CD was released in the UK in March. The single is currently being played on BBC Radio 2 and Q-Radio. His latest project, a duet co-written and recorded with Mindy Smith called "Anymore of This," is fast becoming a fan favorite and is rapidly climbing the US music charts since its release to radio on 1 April. CMT Edge premiered an exclusive live performance of the song, and three different US television shows have featured the single: The Vampire Diaries, Switched at Birth, and The Lying Game. The official lyric video on both artists' YouTube sites currently has over 51,000 combined views and continues to gain more supporters.

About Matthew Perryman Jones
Matthew Perryman Jones has a voice that calls out with intensity, truth and emotion. He is an acclaimed songwriter, whose music has been featured in the 2012 movie What to Expect When You Are Expecting, and numerous television shows including Pretty Little Liars, Private Practice, Bones, and Grey's Anatomy.
