Highway Wolf Joins Forces with Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center to Protect Wildlife

San Francisco, CA, October 10, 2024… Highway Wolf, led by Mick Hellman alongside his creative partners Tal and Amber Morris, is proud to continue its Sanctuary Spotlight initiative to advocate for wildlife. This month, the team joins forces with Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center in Naples, Florida.

Established in 1993, Shy Wolf Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue and care of wolves, wolfdogs, and other exotic animals. They have grown into a safe haven for misunderstood and often mistreated animals. Their mission extends beyond rescue—it's about rehabilitation, sanctuary, and education, fostering a deep connection between humans and the wild. To date, Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center has rescued over 1,260 animals. Shy Wolf offers several ways for people to get involved, including volunteering to help with animal care, assisting with educational programs, or even sponsoring an animal.

For the entire month of October, Highway Wolf is donating 100% of proceeds from purchases of their Sanctuary Merch Bundle to Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center. "As musicians, we have the opportunity to reach people in a unique way, and it means a lot to us to use our platform to spread the word about the amazing work being done by organizations like the Shy Wolf Sanctuary to rescue and care for these animals,” Mick says, “We’re proud to help raise awareness and contribute to their mission.” Highway Wolf invites music fans and animal lovers to support Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center by donating, becoming a volunteer or visiting the sanctuary.
