Highway Wolf Continues Sanctuary Spotlight Series Supporting Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary

San Francisco, CA, July 8, 2024… Highway Wolf, a musical project led by Mick Hellman and his creative partners, Tal and Amber Morris, is continuing their monthly Sanctuary Spotlight Series, this time highlighting the work of the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary, based in Ramah, NM.

Highway Wolf established the Sanctuary Spotlight Series to leverage their presence in the music industry, aiming to raise awareness and inspire support from music fans for wolf sanctuaries and nonprofits dedicated to protecting and caring for wildlife across North America.

Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary aims to rescue non-releasable, captive-bred, displaced, and unwanted wild canids and provide each rescue with a permanent, safe sanctuary and lifelong care. This care addresses physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness through species-specific nutrition, medical support, enrichment and animal companionship.

Highway Wolf invites fans to support the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary by donating, sponsoring an animal, or visiting the sanctuary. “It’s honoring and inspiring to bridge nature and music through the Highway Wolf Project, via the Sanctuary Spotlight.” Amber Morris reflects, “We hope to share and increase awareness about these incredible animals and the amazing organizations like Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary for their dedicated work to rescuing, protecting and promoting the quality of lives for Wolves in the US.”

For the entire month of July, Highway Wolf is donating 100% of proceeds from purchases of their Merch Bundle to the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary.
